By using levitoolco.com you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay, but you shouldn't use the site. We might update these terms from time to time. If we make a big change, we'll try to let you know, but it's on you to check back occasionally.
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe. Don't share it. If something weird happens on your account, let us know right away.
You need to be at least 18 years old to make purchases. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms or that we think are being used fraudulently.
We do our best to keep product descriptions and prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If we catch a pricing error on your order, we'll reach out to you before charging. We won't just silently change the price on you.
Product photos represent the items as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Availability can change without notice.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We can accept or decline that offer. We process payments through Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to refuse service to anyone. If we need to cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.
We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method you pick at checkout. Once a package leaves our warehouse, delays from the carrier are out of our hands, but we'll help you track it down if something goes wrong.
You can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Email support@levitoolco.com with your order number to get started. Custom orders, chemicals, and battery assortments are final sale. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Everything on this site (logos, text, images, design) belongs to Levi Tool & Co or our suppliers. You can't copy, reuse, or redistribute any of it without written permission. Product images sourced from our suppliers are used with authorization.
We sell tools and parts. We're not liable for how you use them. If you damage a watch movement with a tool you bought from us, that's on you. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
