Shipping & Returns

We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Orders placed before 2pm PST on weekdays usually go out the same day.

Free shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental US. Under $99, it's a flat $5.95.

We ship to most countries via USPS International and DHL. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Heads up: you're responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees your country charges. We can't predict or control those costs, and they're not included in our shipping price.

30-day return window. If it's unused and in the original packaging, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Here's how:

1. Email support@levitoolco.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders)
3. Ship the item back to us
4. We process refunds within 3 to 5 business days after we get the item

Need a different size or product? Let us know within 30 days and we'll swap it out. One exchange per order, no extra shipping cost for US orders. If the new item costs more, we charge the difference. Costs less, we refund it.
